Based in Denver, Colorado, SoundDown Party provides silent disco headphone
& system rentals, event staffing & party planning, and custom curated DJ services.
Founded in 2014, we are Denver's first and original silent disco company
to serve the greater Denver Metro area.
We've supported over 1000 events through the years and have worked with every type of client from private birthday parties, weddings, and pub crawls to large-scale corporate and public events.

How do I reserve a rental order?
Your first step is to complete our “GET A QUOTE” form above.
Once you approve our initial estimate, you’ll receive an invoice for payment.
For orders over $300, you can place a 50% deposit to secure your reservation.
All other amounts need to be paid in full prior to your event date.
Do you charge extra for transmitters?
No. All of our packages include all (3) transmitters for a full 3-channel experience.
If I rent your DIY package, how do I set it all up?
You’ll receive a detailed setup guide once you’ve
completed your reservation that includes a handy PDF guide.
You’ll also receive a link to a video from our manufacturer showing you step-by-step instructions.
And finally, there will be a printed version of our PDF included inside your rental kit.
If I order a DIY package, can I just pick up my rental from you and return when I'm done?
Yes, of course! Our office is located at 501 S. Cherry Street.
But please make an appointment prior to each way.
You’ll receive a link to our reservation calendar once payment is made.
How much is delivery & post-event pickup?
It depends on the package you choose, the location, size of your order,
and how far you are away from our office in Cherry Creek.
But typically, it ranges from $30-45 round-trip within the Denver Metro area,
and is free for all orders of 50+ headphones.
It’s also included with our “Basic” and “Complete” packages.
Can I cancel my order if my plans change and still get a full refund?
Absolutely. Just please give us more than 7 days notice.
Otherwise, you may incur a small fee depending on which package you selected.
Our rental agreement outlines these terms and will be included with your invoice.
You always have the option of rescheduling your rental for a future date as well.
