Based in Denver, Colorado, SoundDown provides silent disco headphone
& system rentals, event staffing & planning, and custom curated DJ services.
Founded in 2014, we are Denver's first and original silent disco company
to serve the greater Denver Metro area.
We've worked with every type of client from private birthday parties, weddings, camping trips, pub crawls and festivals to large-scale corporate and public events.

How do I reserve a rental order?
Your first step is to complete our GET QUOTE form above.
Once you approve our initial estimate, you’ll receive an invoice for payment
and next steps to complete your reservation.
For orders over $300, you can place a 50% deposit to save your date & secure your order.
If I rent your DIY package, how do I set it all up?
Your system will come with 3-channel, tri-color LED headphones and (3) transmitters.
Each transmitter will connect to your audio source and broadcast the signal to one of the (3) corresponding channels in the headphones.
You would need to supply your own DJ(s) or (3) playback devices
such as phones, tablets or laptops; i.e. one device per channel.
Your rental will come with all the RCA-to-AUX cables and the necessary adapters
for newer Apple & other “aux-less” devices.
Once you’ve completed your reservation, we’ll send you a detailed setup guide
that includes a helpful PDF.
It will also include a video link from our distributor showing you easy to follow,
step-by-step instructions.
Do you charge extra for transmitters?
We sure don’t. All of our packages include all three transmitters for a full 3-channel experience.
If I order DIY, can I just pick up my rental from you & return when I'm done to avoid the delivery+pickup fee?
Absolutely. Our office is located at 501 S. Cherry Street near Downtown Denver in Cherry Creek.
You can also pick up your rental from our secondary location in SW Littleton.
But you’ll need to make (2) appointments: one for your delivery & another for your return.
You’ll receive a link to our reservation calendar once you accept our estimate
with options to choose either location.
How much is delivery & post-event pickup for DIY?
It depends on your location and size of your order.
Round-trip DIY delivery & pickup in the Denver area
averages ~$45 and is waived for orders over $300.
Outside Denver is extra.
Can I cancel my order if my plans change and still get a full refund?
Absolutely. Just please give us more than 7 days notice.
Otherwise, you may incur a cancellation fee depending on which package you selected.
Our rental agreement outlines these terms and will be included with your invoice.
You always have the option of rescheduling your rental for a future date as well.
What does your dance lighting entail?
We offer (4) different lighting packages: “Camping”, “Essential Indoor”, “Essential Outdoor”, and “Deluxe”.
(“Deluxe Plus” may be needed for x-large venues.)
They comprise of a combination of full color lasers, moving stage lights,
professional DJ derby lights, programmable full-color LED uplights,
and portable disco ball lights that can be
customized to your specific needs.
Pricing ranges from $75 – $495.
